Saturday Morning Park Practice is open to everyone regardless of experience.
Beginning at 9AM, we enjoy an hour practice of: 18 Forms Qigong and Harmony Qigong. Qigong in the Park is a free offering, all are welcome.
Leader, Loretta Shiver, has taught qigong for 25 years.
("chee-gung"), is a health cultivation system from China, practiced by
millions. It is enjoyed regularly for health, longevity and
tranquility. The flowing postures and deep breathing vitalize the body
and promote mental clarity.
Loretta Shiver is an accredited Qigong instructor, endorsed by Qigong Master, Steven Ridley. She has been offering Qigong in the Park for over 20 years.
